地月空间经济区！
这两天，一则“硬核”消息让不少网友都兴奋了起来……
记者10月31日从中国航天科技集团获悉，该集团公司科技委主任包为民日前在北京透露，我国力争在本世纪中叶建成地月空间经济区。
据了解，地月空间经济区的范围主要集中在近地空间、月球引力空间和地月转移空间，其业态包括基础产业、应用产业、开发与利用产业、拓展产业，将由航班化地月空间运输体系、空间资源探测与开发体系、空间基础设施体系三大体系组成。有专家预测，到2050年前后，我国每年在地月空间经济区的总产值可达10万亿美元以上规模。

“地月空间经济区”能为中国甚至全球带来什么？
那将是相当可观的空间能源……
Compared to the finite and increasingly depleted Earth, the resources available in space are essentially infinite. Development and exploitation of these resources will enable humankind to continue its trajectory of ever-increasing prosperity and well-being while preserving, or even enhancing, our unique home in the universe, Earth.
与资源有限和日益枯竭的地球相比，太空中可用的资源基本上是无限的。开发和利用这些资源，将使人类能够继续在日益繁荣兴胜的轨道上迈进，同时保护我们在宇宙中的独特家园——地球，甚至使它变得更好。

而要探寻甚至利用茫茫太空中的资源，离我们地球最近的这片“地月空间”，就是重要的第一步：
The future space-driven economy needs to deliver value to consumers on Earth. Hence, the close environs of Earth, cislunar space, is where we must begin. The commercialisation of cislunar space leads to what had been dubbed the cislunar ‘econosphere’, an economic environment through which space resources can be developed and Earth freed from its resource constraints.
未来的太空经济需要为地球上的消费者提供价值。因此地球的近郊，即地月空间，是我们千里之行的开端。地月空间的商业化成就了被称为地月“生态圈”的经济环境，通过这种经济环境，空间资源可以得到开发，地球也可以摆脱资源限制。
One of the first economically viable uses of resources in cislunar space will be propellant manufactured from water. First, one of the most significant findings of space science of the last decades has been the abundance of water in the inner solar system. The permanently shadowed regions near the poles of the Moon harbour significant quantities of water in the form of ice.
地月空间资源中，首批经济具有可行用途之一的，将是由水制造的推进剂。首先，过去几十年空间科学最重要的发现之一，就是太阳系内部存在丰富的水。月球两极附近的永久阴影区，以冰的形式存在着大量的水。
