Of course you can. The point is how much you will enjoy your life there. Definition Of rural area could be broad. In this case, I would recommend a developed area rather than an underdeveloped one. You can have a decent standard of living given that there there is a great demand Of English education. However, In some Other places, you would be facing communication barrier.
