Herefish总部位于美国密苏里州圣路易斯。现由Bullhorn将作为Herefish收购方对该总部进行运营。完成收购后，Herefish的首席执行官Jason Heilman将加入Bullhorn的扩展领导团队，并直接向Bullhorn的总裁兼首席技术官Matt Fischer汇报工作。
Bullhorn表示，平均而言，Herefish每月可自动运行720万次操作，这将为每位招聘人员每天节省2.55个小时。

BULLHORN ACQUIRES STAFFING AUTOMATION PROVIDER HEREFISH
(Jan.13, 2020, /staffingindustry.com/)Staffing software company Bullhorn announced today it has acquired Herefish, a global provider of automation platform technology for staffing firms.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. will now operate as Herefish by Bullhorn. CEO Jason Heilman will join Bullhorn’s extended leadership team and will report directly to Matt Fischer, Bullhorn’s president and CTO.
On average, Herefish automates 7.2 million actions per month and saves 2.55 hours per recruiter per day, according to Bullhorn.
“Staffing firms face numerous challenges across their businesses, but one thing is constant: all firms are looking to keep up with customer demands,” said Bullhorn Founder and CEO Art Papas. “Moving to a fully digitized infrastructure with automated processes will help these firms keep pace.”
The transaction follows Bullhorn’s acquisition in October of Erecruit, a provider of applicant tracking and pay and bill solutions for the staffing and recruitment industry.
