国外网友热议:3000名宝岛芯片工程师赴大陆参加“中国制造2025”

半导体芯片,作为电子设备的大脑,任何设备没有了芯片的支持都将毫无用处。2018年4月美国限制中国某高科技企业采购美国芯片,给中国半导体敲响了警钟,中国内地在半导体领域的落后局面随时可能会被其他竞争对手掐住脖子,让我们意识到加强半导体领域的投入和研发势在必行。随着政策导向和风口效应,在这一年多来,中国半导体企业犹如雨后春笋一般层出不穷,小编作为IT从业者,经常参与各类科技峰会,时常会遇见嘉宾讨论半导体发展,芯片制造等话题。

随着中国在该领域的重视与发展,对半导体行业的人才需求也与日俱增,高工资高福利吸引着来自全世界的高端人才,据日本《日经亚洲评论》的统计和报道,由于台湾省半导体领域较为发达,于是有众多内地企业前往台湾“寻宝”,预计有超过3000多名半导体工程师先后离开宝岛,前往大陆工作,约占台湾芯片工程师总数的10%,加速了中国在半导体领域的崛起速度,台湾南亚科技总裁Lee Pei-ing接受采访时表示,"我们正在提高薪资,但很难与内地企业竞争。",中国在半导体领域的大刀破斧的发展,引起了西方国家的注意,让我们看看外国网友对此是如何看待的吧。

2、I think y'all need to pay China a visit... the amount of engineering going on there is astounding. Sure they may not all be wealthy, but fark me they've got some nice roads, bridges, trains and buildings.

4、If these engineers are dumb enough to go work in China they probably aren't the cream of the crop. My guess is most of these engineers making the move are either new graduates or people who had a tenuous hold on their jobs. An engineer at one of the top semi-conductor companies in Taiwan can already live a comfortable life. No reason to move from Taiwan to the shithole Shina unless you are barely eking by.

5、All Taiwan has to do is to triple the pay, but them are stingy.

Expats could have a very high standard of living in Russia... very high indeed.
