过去40多年的改革开放，大量的国际企业进军中国市场。如今随着中国企业国际竞争力的增强和“一带一路”等国际舞台的搭建，中国企业参与国际市场的能力和机遇都今非昔比。
Over the past 40 years of economic reform and globalization, a massnumber of international enterprises have entered the Chinese market. Nowadays,with the enhancement of the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and the establishment of the international platform such as"one belt one road", the competence and opportunities of Chinese enterprises to participate in the international market have risen to a new level.
中国企业的国际化水平，本质上就是中国企业能否在目标市场真正实现本土化和可持续发展。这不仅需要中国企业有清晰的自我认知，也需要更好地了解目标市场的文化特质、投资环境、法律法规与制度文化，尤其是目标市场的政府、企业与民众在如何规划自身的发展，以及对国际合作的态度。
The key criteria in determining the competence of Chinese firms upon internationalization is essentially the localizability and sustainability of Chinese enterprises in the target markets. This requires not only a clearself-awareness of Chinese enterprises, but also a better understanding of the cultural characteristics, investment environment, laws and regulations and institutional culture of the target market, especially how the government, enterprises and citizens of the target markets plan their own development and their attitude towards international cooperation.
来自一带一路等南南国家的本土代表如何看待中国企业的到来？在他们眼里，中国机会和中国实力又分别意味着什么？他们有什么样的规划、认知和期待？
How do Chinese representatives from South to South countries look at the arrival of Chinese enterprises? From their perspectives, what do Chinese opportunities and Chinese competence mean to them? What are their plans,perceptions and expectations?
2019年12月20日晚7:00，北大跨文化领导力论坛迎来第16期。应北大国发院管理学教授杨壮邀请，来自南南国家的三位嘉宾将以本土化的视角，分享他们对于中国企业在一带一路沿线国家发展机遇的洞见。
On 2019.12.20 @ 19:00, comes the 16th Cross-cultural Leadership Forum of Peking University. At the invitation of Yang Zhuang, Professor of management and leadership at the NSD, the three guests from South to South countries will share their insights in the opportunities for Chinese enterprises along the way of One Belt One Road.

Dilamo Otore
北大南南合作与发展学院博士在读。埃塞联邦国会成员、前贸易局局长、前教育局局长、曾供职于多家政府机构，担任电讯行业转型专家、大学讲师、国际人道主义组织管理人等职务。
Doctoral Candidate in Economics, ISSCAD of Peking University. Amember of federal parliament, former Trade Bureau head, former Education Bureauhead and participated in many other public enterprises and government offices. Heis also an expert in the telecommunication transformation, University instructor and General Secretary of Hadiya Development Association.
Ravik Mima
北大南南合作与发展学院博士在读。此前毕业于博科尼大学国际经济和管理专业和哈佛肯尼迪学院国际发展和企业治理专业，曾在意大利、瑞士、阿尔巴尼亚等地担任多家智库、投资机构和中小企业的国际投资及国际贸易顾问。
Doctoral Candidate in Development Economics at Peking University's National School of Development in Chinese Tourism Outbound market. Graduated from International Economics and Management at Bocconi University, Corporate Governance from the International Finance Corporation (The World Bank) at EUT and International Development at Harvard's Kennedy School. Served as a Minister Adviser, research associate and consultant of varies think tank, private enterprises and investment corporations.
Bahadyr Nabatov
北大南南合作与发展学院博士在读。土库曼斯坦经济学家，毕业于ITTU国际关系及国际法专业和NEU国家关系专业。曾在Ashgabat的IUHD国家关系学院担任国际法讲师，并在Northern Cyprus法律及经济咨询公司中担任多年地产和投资顾问。
Doctoral Candidate in Development Economics at Peking University's National School of Development. An Economist graduated from International relations and law at ITTU and International relations at NEU. Lectured in international relations and law department at IUHD in Ashgabat. Worded as an estate andinvestment guide in private legal and economic consulting firm in Northern Cyprus.
